JOB DESCRIPTION – MANAGER / SR. MANAGER – ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT
JOB LOCATION : Bangalore
ROLE :
The role manages the client engagements at iQuanti. This individual will manage projects, drive cross functional teams of business specialists, digital marketing solutions, analytics and technology members to achieve client goals. The individual will be partnering with our clients and the account teams of iQuanti for formulating digital marketing strategies and planning / executing digital marketing programs for our clients.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE :
1. Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps.
2. Of the total experience, at least 3+ years of experience in strategic marketing or management consulting is preferred.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong project management and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts.
7. Good relationship management skills and a good team player.
8. Willingness to travel to client locations for business meetings if required
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
1. MBA from a premier institute (such as IIMs / ISB / XLRI / FMS / SP Jain)
2. At least 6+ years of experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles
