Roles and Responsibilities :
- Meeting doctors (mainly pediatricians and neurologists across Bengaluru) and sensitizing them about our drugs. Our products mainly comprise anti-epileptic drugs, calcium / Vitamin D medications and drugs for headache and nerve pain.
- Managing call sheets and other activities of MRs across the board.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Leveraging existing doctor network to push sales in the market .
- Meeting important doctors and training MRs in sales skills.
- Presenting daily, weekly and monthly KPIs to management.
- Following-up with doctors and keeping track of drug deliveries efficiently.
- Keeping a basic inventory.
