EUC Senior Manager

15+ years of experience in Workplace IT / End User Computing leadership roles, preferably in global organizations.

Deep technical expertise in end-user computing (devices, collaboration tools, secure printing, onboarding / offboarding processes).

Proven hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune, and other modern workplace / cloud technologies.

Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST).

Solid experience with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.

Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and vendor ecosystems.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to align workplace IT strategy with business needs and drive measurable employee experience improvements.
