Non-IT Recruiter

with strong

LinkedIn sourcing skills

to join our growing team in

Hyderabad !

Key Responsibilities :

Source and identify candidates on

LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals

Screen and assess candidates for non-IT roles (Pharma, Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, Legal, etc.)

Coordinate with BDMs and clients for submissions and interview updates

Maintain candidate records and daily activity trackers

Requirements :

Experienced recruiters or freshers

who are passionate about learning and growing in recruitment

Strong interest in

LinkedIn sourcing

and talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time
