ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive business growth by acquiring new clients — primarily real estate builders and developers — and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acquire REAL ESTATE BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS as clients
• Pitch and demonstrate Sthyra's solutions
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, and CLOSE DEALS
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage the END-TO-END SALES LIFECYCLE
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Represent Sthyra at meetings, site visits, and industry events
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• 7+ YEARS in B2B real estate sales / business development
• Strong network with:
• Proven DEAL CLOSURE TRACK RECORD
• Experience selling:
• Experience managing CHANNEL PARTNER NETWORKS
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
• FIXED SALARY: ₹12 – ₹18 LPA
• VARIABLE PAY: 1% – 2% OF DEAL VALUE
• JOINING BONUS for candidates bringing a strong, active book of contacts.
