Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA / MBA (Finance) preferred. Good understanding of banking products, trade finance and treasury functions. Prior experience in the jewellery or manufacturing sector is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Summary :
Require proactive and detail-oriented Banking & Finance AM / Manager to oversee banking relationships, company’s financial operations and fund management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle working capital arrangements, overdraft limits, and documentation with banks and NBFCs
- Manage daily banking operations including loan management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
- Collaborate with accounts and management to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure periodic FEMA compliances.
