🚀 About the Role

We are seeking two detail-oriented and organised Accountants to join our team in Goa. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial record-keeping, tax compliance, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting software.

💼 The Accountant will be responsible for :

• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records using accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and bookkeeping)
• Recording daily financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements and GL accounts
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Preparing monthly / quarterly financial reports and statements
• Ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
• Conducting internal audits and identifying discrepancies
• Supporting external auditors during annual audit processes
• Managing petty cash and maintaining financial documentation
• Assisting in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Providing support to the senior accounting team on ad-hoc financial projects
• Ensuring timely filing of statutory compliances and tax returns
