B2 Level proficiency mandatory for Final Onboarding (Through Versant / Talview or
Communication assessment by Trainer)
✓ Excellent Comm skill (verbal / Written)
✓ Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
✓ 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
✓ Work Location – TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations
✓ Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage,
Service Desk
✓ Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue / tickets
✓ Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
✓ Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
✓ Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products
✓ Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
