Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executives at The Barbeque Lounge & Resto bar located in Chennai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, providing exceptional customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales initiatives. The role requires proactive communication to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident, and well-groomed personality.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Prior experience in F&B, hotels, or premium restaurants preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
