Job Purpose

Product Manager will be responsible for strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product and product line. The position includes product development, marketing, forecasting profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the Debit Cards business.

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches in collaboration with the Internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Manage and liaise with the partner / stakeholders (interanl & External)
• Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding
• Align closely with Customer Service & Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience
• Product training and awareness
• Channel support and query resolution
• Customer communication

Post Graduate - Any MBA

Experience

Minimum of 3-5years from Banking
