Role : HR Intern (Paid Internship)

We are looking for enthusiastic and process-oriented HR Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to our fast-paced EdTech environment. The internship will be for 3 months , and exceptional performers will be offered full-time roles based on performance and organizational fit.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update HR databases and candidate trackers .
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes.
• Contribute to employer branding and engagement initiatives.
