Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect, located in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural designs, overseeing integration with construction processes, and ensuring that projects align with the company's vision and client requirements. Additional responsibilities include leading project management initiatives, collaborating with clients, and coordinating with internal and external teams throughout the design and construction phases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and Architecture, with an ability to create innovative and functional designs.
• Experience in Software Development and Integration, ensuring seamless incorporation of technical solutions into architectural designs.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with housing projects, FAR calculations, financial viability and and optimising floor efficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
