WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an
Assistant Manager – Tech Support who will act as a key link between the
technology team, field operations, and clients. The role involves requirement gathering, issue coordination, software implementation support, and ensuring smooth delivery and adoption of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between clients, field teams, and the internal tech team
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment through coordination with the tech team
- Create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents to clearly explain expectations to the tech team
- Lead and support software implementation and rollout activities at client locations
- Coordinate between Tech Team & Field Operations for issue resolution and deployment
- Manage issue logs, support tickets, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure
- Conduct product demos, pre-sales/solution walkthroughs, UAT sessions, and training for clients and field teams
- Support client onboarding, adoption, and post-implementation support
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in IT / Engineering / Computer Applications (preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in tech support, software implementation, product coordination, or software/product sales support
- Proven exposure to software implementation, deployment, or product rollout
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into actionable technical requirements
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, implementations, and field coordination
- Exposure to SaaS products and enterprise software models is an added advantage
