About the Role

We are building a unique platform focused on emotional wellness and meaningful human connection .

As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner , you will engage with customers over chat and video calls , helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in text or video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness.
• Build warm, empathetic connections while maintaining professionalism.
• Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
• Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
