Software QA Engineer

Who You'll Work With

You will work with the young, energetic dynamic security development team. You will also have to closely work with the TLs PEs who defines the strategies for the further products.

Who You Are

Required skills :

• BSEE / MSEE / CS with 7 to 12 years of experience in a software Testing.
• Good knowledge of CPU architectures.
• Thorough knowledge of Networking, OSI Layers
• Strong Programming skills in Python, and shell scripts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and debugging the failures.
• Should have a solid understanding of SW quality and processes.
• Knowledge of using Traffic generator tools and performance testing

Highly Desired skills :

• Thorough knowledge of Network security concepts, secure network design / deployments
• Hands-on experience with working on Firewall, IPS, Security management, Routers, and Switches
• Previous experience in testing Networking and security products.
• Experience with Crypto functionalities, TLS / SSL
• Experience in Automation, Programming skills in Python / TCL etc.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot network and OS issues
• Traffic and Stress tests and good with Tgens like IXIA / Spirent / BreakingPoint
