About Us

Raptor Aero Systems Private Limited is an innovative Indian aerospace startup building next-generation drone systems for industrial, defence, and commercial applications. Through our Scalable Technology Enablement Program (STEP) , we empower drone OEMs with full-stack design, integration, and manufacturing capabilities.

We are expanding our product platforms and flight testing and are looking for a skilled UAV Pilot / Remote Pilot Engineer with experience across multirotor, rotorcraft, and fixed-wing platforms — someone who can not only fly but also build, test, and troubleshoot drones.

Note : Only DGCA certified remote pilots can apply for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and conduct safe flight operations (VLOS / BVLOS) using multirotor, helicopter, and fixed-wing UAVs.
• Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks , ensuring system reliability and mission safety.
• Assemble, calibrate, and maintain UAVs — from airframes to propulsion and avionics systems.
• Configure and tune flight controllers (PX4, ArduPilot) and assist in autopilot testing & parameter optimization.
• Integrate and operate payloads such as RGB, thermal, multispectral, or LiDAR sensors.
• Support field testing, prototype validation, and client demonstrations.
• Prepare flight logs, maintenance reports , and operational documentation.
• Collaborate closely with design and avionics teams to improve performance and reliability.
• Provide training and field support to end users or partner teams.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on UAV flight and integration experience

✅ Proven ability to build and troubleshoot quadcopters, rotorcraft, or fixed-wing systems

✅ Strong working knowledge of PX4 / ArduPilot / Mission Planner / QGroundControl

✅ Understanding of propulsion systems, power electronics, and RC communication links

✅ Good grasp of aerodynamics, flight stability, and sensor integration

✅ Excellent situational awareness and strong safety culture

✅ Willingness to travel and operate in varied field conditions

Nice-to-Have Skills

⭐ Experience with RTK / PPK systems , BVLOS operations , or payload data workflows (Pix4D, Metashape)

⭐ Familiarity with CAD / 3D printing for rapid prototyping or payload mounts

⭐ Knowledge of DGCA RPAS regulations and pilot certification (preferred)

⭐ Experience flying both manual and autonomous missions
