Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced

Finance Controller

to lead our Finance and Accounts function. This role is critical in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and play a vital role in supporting Axis My India’s growth journey.

Responsibilities & KRAs

Manage and optimize cash flows

Handle foreign exchange exposure and compliance

Oversee capital raising through equity, debt, FDI, ECB (preferred)

Qualifications and Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) – First Attempt Only

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with a strong record of success in financial leadership roles

Prior experience with capital markets, FDI, ECB (Preferred)

Strong command over financial modelling, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
