Job Title : Lead Auditor - IATF

Department : BA / MS

Reports to (Direct) : Branch Manager

Reports to (Functional) : Branch Manager

Education Requirements :

Engineering Graduate (BE) or Technical Education

Minimum 5 years of full-time work experience in a manufacturing industry

Certifications (Mandatory) :

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate

Additional Knowledge / Skills :

Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory) :

As applicable for the Lead Auditor role

Strategic / Operational Competencies :

As required for the function

Key Responsibilities :

Release audit plans to client sites under audit in adherence with IATF / ISO 9001 rules and internal guidelines.

Plan travel itineraries effectively and efficiently for self and the audit team as Lead Auditor ensuring cost-effective audits.

Release audit documents (final audit plan audit report and NCs) to client sites under audit as per IATF rules and internal guidelines.

Close audit files by arranging action plans against issued NCRs after audit ensuring timely and effective closure as per IATF / ISO 9001 rules and internal guidelines.

Attend IATF qualification-related activities on the IATF Portal as required.

Support the branch in achieving goals and targets by contributing necessary efforts.
