Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Executive located in Kochi. The Tour Executive will oversee the planning and management of tours, create customized itineraries, and coordinate guided tours. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth execution of tour operations, effective communication with stakeholders, and addressing client needs to provide a seamless travel experience. The role also involves working closely with team members to maintain service excellence and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Tour Planning, Itinerary creation, and managing all aspects of tour execution
• Experience in Tour Management and the ability to coordinate Guided Tours
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using travel management tools or software is a plus
• Prior experience or understanding of international or domestic tourism operations is an advantage.

Languages Known - Hindi ( fluent) and English
