Urgent! Senior Product Designer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled & ambitious designer with at least a 3+ years of experience in Visual Design, UI Design, Interaction Design & Motion Design, with a deep skill set in at least one of them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and engaging communication unit, user interfaces and experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products & experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

What you’ll do :

• Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications with guidance. Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Use design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Design interactive elements that enhance user engagement. Create prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flow.
• Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand identity. Collaborate on marketing materials and presentations as needed.
• Partner with the user research team in usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
