Job description

What You'll Do :

  • Build and deploy backend-heavy features end-to-end
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Work directly with senior system architects
  • Maintain and improve existing systems
  • Shape early engineering culture through code reviews
  • Guide junior developers as we expand

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Front-End Development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Back-End Web Development and frameworks, with skills in server-side applications and APIs
  • Experience in Full-Stack Development, combining front-end and back-end technologies to create seamless applications
  • Solid foundation in Software Development principles including debugging and performance optimization
  • 2-3 years experience with delivered projects from planning to deployment
  • Strong Git / GitHub and collaborative workflow skills
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with remote teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to learning new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and AI technologies is a plus
