Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Windows Administrator with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Windows Server installation, configuration, and patch management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our Windows infrastructure in a hybrid (remote + on-site) setup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, configuration, and patching of Windows Servers (2016 / 2019 / 2022).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
• Handle system performance tuning, updates, and security hardening.
• Troubleshoot server and network-related issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Perform backup and recovery operations and maintain proper documentation.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and coordinate with cloud teams when required.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
