Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced State Head to lead multiple city operations of our Electric Bus (EV) fleet across Rajasthan. This role will focus on sustainable transport growth, operational excellence, and managing large-scale EV charging infrastructure. Develop and implement state-level strategies for EV bus operations aligned with company goals. Supervise and coordinate depot operations & Maintenance across Rajasthan. Drive efficiency, profitability, and reliability of the EV bus fleet. Oversee scheduling, charging, fleet management, and route planning. Ensure high uptime and availability of the EV fleet through preventive maintenance. Manage state budgets, cost controls, and financial planning. Lead staffing, recruitment, and performance across depots. Act as the single point of contact with state transport Bachelors in Engineering / Business Administration / Transport 1015 years in large-scale transport / EV operations or fleet Strategic leadership, EV operations expertise, financial planning, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making
