Senior .NET Engineer (Cloud + Platform Engineering) | 6 - 12 years | Pune, Bangalore, Noida

We are hiring a highly skilled Senior .NET Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native development and platform engineering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions, break down complex problems, and implement core frameworks
  • Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and planning activities
  • Build and maintain cloud-native .NET applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)
  • Apply platform engineering practices including IaC, observability, automation, and performance monitoring
  • Use modern design patterns such as DDD and CQRS to create modular and maintainable systems
  • Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API
  • Own the full testing lifecycle : unit, integration, and performance testing in a Shift-Left environment
  • Use AI development tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) to boost development speed and code quality
  • Collaborate closely with product, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features

Requirements

  • 6 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SaaS or enterprise application development
  • Strong experience building and deploying .NET Core applications in AWS
  • Proficiency in :

    • – C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API

    – Entity Framework (Core or EF6)

    – SQL Server, database design, optimization, and complex queries

  • Strong understanding of OOP principles, clean architecture, N-tier systems, and multi-threading
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation), and logging / monitoring systems
  • Solid experience with Git, DevOps workflows, and Agile practices
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Frontend experience with Angular or similar frameworks is a plus
