What you will be doing at Evalueserve
- HRBP will work with Business on different HR strategies and ensure that strategies are properly implemented.
- Create various insights about the overall health of the LOB which includes Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals (EWS) on attrition, Talent management, Engagements, retention, exit interviews etc.
- HRBP will be responsible for managing core HR processes like Salary Program, Promotions, Goal settings.
- Proactively manage the impact of potential attrition and work with the business to manage monthly & annual attrition.
- Create a robust employee network to understand and act on pulse of the floor as well as the organization.
- Partner business for people related initiatives like career discussions, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, policy adherence, managing Hi-Pots, managing span-ratios, improving performance of low performers, training first time managers etc.
- Create and execute IDPs for critical talent.
- Design and execute the employee engagement framework, which includes employees Town Hall, R&R, Leadership Connects, Retention Programs etc.
- Represent as guardian of change management that have any people implications. Evaluate potential employee challenges and address proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Identify training needs for the business, work with L&D Team for appropriate programs.
- Proficient in creating HR dashboards, presentations, and reports.
What we are looking for
Immediate Joiners neededBachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4-8 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering preferably in financial services / IT Services / Consulting or non-IT domains.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Disclaimer : The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
