As a PPC Manager, you will be responsible for leading, strategizing, and managing performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, while also mentoring a team and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure marketing success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta, and others.
Roles & Responsibilities : .
Develop and drive comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, UACs, YouTube), Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of PPC Executives and Specialists; ensure their professional growth and skill development through training, goal-setting, and feedback.
Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting, aligned with business and marketing goals (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Oversee campaign structuring, ad copy creation, A / B testing, keyword strategies, bidding models, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Content, Tech, Sales) to align campaigns with broader business objectives.
Lead Monthly / Quarterly Business Review (MBR / QBR) meetings with leadership and key stakeholders showcasing performance outcomes, trends, and growth strategies.
Stay up to date with platform updates, emerging technologies, industry changes, and competitor activity to ensure innovative and effective media buying.
Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution using tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion pixels.
Prepare in-depth reports and dashboards for all performance metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and other KPIs.
Key Requirements : .
6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Search (PPC in edtech Industry), with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
Proven ability to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns with measurable business impact.
