SRE Developer – AWS Serverless (6+ yrs)

We’re Hiring : SRE Developer – AWS Serverless (Offshore, 6+ yrs)Xebia is expanding its Cloud & DevOps practice and looking for passionate SRE Developers with strong AWS Serverless expertise to join our team.✨ What you’ll do- Build & maintain resilient, fault-tolerant AWS architectures with automation & multi-region failover.- Apply SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets) to drive reliability & reduce toil.- Implement resilience patterns – retries, throttling, circuit breakers, graceful degradation.- Configure end-to-end observability pipelines (logs, metrics, traces, events) with CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana.- Develop automation & self-healing workflows using Python, Node.js / TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge.- Support AIOps adoption for anomaly detection, AI-driven triage & automated incident workflows.Technical Skills- Deep hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack : Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS.- Strong coding expertise in Python & Node.js / TypeScript for automation.- Experience in IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, resiliency automation & chaos testing.- Knowledge of ECS / EKS & data observability is a plus.Collaboration & Work Model- Offshore delivery model – collaborate with Onsite Architect & Offshore Lead.- Work Hours : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM IST.- Location : All Xebia India offices (Flexible / Hybrid).Who can apply?- 6+ years of experience in SRE / DevOps with AWS serverless.- Immediate to 2 weeks notice period only – please apply only if you can join early.Apply by sharing your profile with details : - Total Experience- Relevant Experience- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice Period (Immediate–2 weeks)- Current Location- Preferred Location- LinkedIn Profile URLSend your details to part of a high-performing Cloud & SRE team driving innovation, resilience & automation at scale.#SRE #AWS #Serverless #Xebia #Hiring #Cloud #DevOps
