Job description

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed startup building an AI-powered Revenue Intelligence platform that solves one of the biggest problems in B2B sales - the inaccuracy of revenue forecasts caused by manual inputs and guesswork.

They are looking for talented engineers in India (remote) who want to help shape a high-impact product from the ground up.

Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
Lead and mentor other engineers while contributing hands-on code.
Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to turn ideas into reality.
Take ownership of end-to-end product development in a fast-paced environment.
Work with autonomy, experiment rapidly, and drive features from concept to launch.

Requirements :

5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.

Deep expertise in React and front-end development.

Experience leading teams and shipping products with 5K+ daily active users.

Passion for building 0→1 products in fast-moving startup environments.

Comfortable making quick decisions and working in early-stage ambiguity.

A proactive problem solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Bonus Points

Experience at an early or mid-stage startup.

Contributions to open-source projects.

Curiosity about the startup ecosystem and emerging tech trends.
