We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Technical Writer

to join our documentation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and maintaining technical documentation using

DITA XML

and experience in documenting

RESTful APIs

and developer tools. You will work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to produce high-quality content that helps developers and end-users understand and use our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user guides, API references, integration guides, and developer documentation.

Develop structured content using

DITA XML

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product features and translate them into clear, concise documentation.

Write and maintain

API documentation

using tools like Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman, or similar.

Ensure documentation is consistent with style guides and branding.

Participate in documentation planning and content strategy discussions.

Review and edit content created by other team members for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
