Job Title : Oracle Business Suite Consultant

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HCM consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and be proficient in implementing, configuring, and supporting these systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS HCM.
  • Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS HCM modules including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Career Development, and Core HR.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications :

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in at least two or more of the following areas :
  • Compensation & Benefits – design, configuration, salary / bonus processes, benefits administration.
  • Payroll Technical – Fast Formulas, Payroll APIs, payroll runs, costing, retro-pay, and interfaces.
  • Career Development – employee appraisals, succession planning, talent management within EBS.
  • Core HR Techno-Functional – HRMS configuration, data migrations, workflows, reporting, and personalization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
