Newton School aims to bridge this massive gap through its personalized learning platform. We are building an online Institute and solving the deep problem of the employability of graduates.

We have a strong core team consisting of alumni from IIT's and IIM's, and have several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft - among others. On this mission, we are backed by some of the most respected investors around the world, - RTP Global, Nexus Venture Partners, and a slew of angel investors including CRED's Kunal Shah, Flipkart's Kalyan Krishnamoorthy, Unacademy and Razorpay founders, Udaan's Sujeet Kumar among others.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads for Business Development Managers to take ahead.
  • Source for and build databases through scrappy hacks
  • Manage campaigns setup, QA, deployment and monitoring using tools like Clevertap, Instantly, Appify, Apollo etc
  • Continuously optimize campaigns by testing variables, tracking key metrics, and refining personalization, targeting, and deliverability to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Develop nurturing flows for cold and warm leads to improve conversion over time.
  • Research target accounts and decision makers using LinkedIn, Apollo and ensure smooth handoffs to Business Development Managers and support discovery calls when required.
  • Partner with the design team to create compelling email and ad assets, and map content (case studies, alumni stories, brochures) to the right stage of the funnel.
  • Work closely with academic teams to align student capabilities with evolving industry skill requirements and drive content distribution through omnichannel outreach.

Requirements :

  • 2-4 years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or outbound sales
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Appify, Zapier or similar tools.
  • Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and tailored outreach.
  • Analytical mindset - ability to interpret campaign data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Understanding of outbound sales practices and ABM tactics.
  • Demonstrated success running outbound campaigns that generated measurable demand.
  • Experience designing multi-step automation workflows that integrate email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Scrappy and resourceful : can deliver results with or without a large budget
