Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in Bengaluru with some work from home options. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will also be involved in prototyping and iterating on design solutions, ensuring designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

Proficiency in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing

Skills in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD

Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Portfolio showcasing previous design projects is highly desirable
