Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Golang Developer to build and optimize high-performance backend systems that power AppStorys’ core platform. You’ll work closely with our product, data, and infrastructure teams to design scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that handle millions of events per day. This is a hands-on development role with room to grow into an architectural or leadership position.

Your responsibility (you really gotta own this and be accountable for this) :

• Own the design, architecture, and development of backend systems using Golang .
• Build and maintain high-throughput event ingestion pipelines and real-time data flows.
• Develop scalable microservices that integrate seamlessly with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Design and implement Go routines and concurrency patterns for performance-critical applications.
• Optimize data ingestion, event tracking, and SDK communication layers.
• Collaborate with product, data, and growth teams to deliver new features efficiently.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Deploy and manage services on AWS using Kubernetes and Lambda functions .
• Maintain robust system design documentation and scalable architecture patterns.
• Contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements and scalability initiatives as AppStorys grows.
