Job description

Identify prospective clients exact needs through questioning, observation, and a full sales survey.

  • Entertain prospective clients, where possible combining this with visits to existing satisfied customers.
  • Liaise closely with operational staff on all details for a prospective new contract and gain their agreement.
  • Maintain communication with the client once the contract is opened and show ongoing interest in the operation.
  • Complete a daily / weekly log of all activities.
  • Analyze statistics to identify key sales areas, problems, and success rates.
  • Research prospective client details to ensure a professional approach.
  • Monitor and stay aware of competitor activity.
  • Present realistic proposals to prospective clients after thoroughly researching cost factors to ensure feasibility.
  • Stay alert to new business opportunities and take action on them.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • 2-5 years of management experience with leading IT, Software, Hospitality companies, or OTA experience.
  • Superior presentation skills, strong written communication, and problem-solving abilities at both strategic and functional levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fluid and dynamic environment and effectively deal with ambiguity
