Job descriptionRun daily standups with engineering & design Track deliverables, blockers, risks Ensure deadlines are real Follow-up relentlessly Convert founder’s direction into actionable tasks Keep the founder and CTO fully in sync Manage weekly priorities Build summaries, reports, decisions Reduce cognitive load for the founder Help with market research, internal docs, and product clarity Help refine product flows & UX clarity Coordinate user calls and summarize insights Partner with founder to improve internal storytelling & product narratives Own internal processes Keep documentation up-to-date Anticipate problems before they blow up Handle ambiguity with maturity 2–6 years in ops / PM / chief of staff / consulting / founder’s office Exceptional written and spoken English Good at breaking down complex problems Strong follow-through (you remember what others forget) Thrives in fast-moving startup chaos Emotionally stable Low ego, high ownership Loves structure, clarity, and being reliable Can push back respectfully when needed Not afraid of conflict Experience with AI tools SaaS or B2B background Worked with founders directly Strong note-taking & synthesis ability Operated teams across timezones Work directly with the founder High visibility role Massive learning curve Ownership from day 1 Ability to shape the company Competitive salary Fully remote, India-based A brief intro One example of when you solved an ambiguous operational problem Your resume or LinkedIn profile

We’re looking for a Founder’s Office - Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with the founder and CTO, and help us run a fast, aligned, execution-heavy team.
This is a high-ownership, high-context, high-impact role for someone who loves solving ambiguous problems, managing cross-functional teams, and bringing order to chaos.
