Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Good Communication skills in English.
• Basic Knowledge of Human Resources / Recruitment.
• Understand the exact requirements of the company.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Connect with the candidates and schedule their interviews with the company.
• Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

Education

Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies, Bachelor of Health Science, Bachelor in Hotel Management (B.H.M), Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Music Education (B.M.E.)
