Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical and financial matters to non-technical executives. Disciplined approach to planning, with a strong aptitude for tracking key metrics including time, cost, and scope, as well as effective problem-solving and risk mitigation capabilities. Hands-on experience with budget forecasting, financial tracking, and variance analysis.
