GP - Melbourne west - 15 miles to CBD - mixed billing

Busy medical centre located in the western suburbs of Melbourne is looking for an additional GP to join their team

The Role

This is a busy mixed billing clinic which has been open since early 2015. The practice is owned by two GPs, who also work in the clinic. There are 7 GPs in total who work a mixture of part and full time. They are looking for a full time GP to cover weekdays and a be part of the weekend roster– this is due to patient demand as they are turning patients away.

Purpose Built Clinic completed and opened in June 2015. There are 8 consulting rooms and 2 well equipped treatment rooms. GPs are supported by full time nurses, practice manager, Allied Health: Physio, Clinical Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Cosmetic nurse, Visiting Surgeon 2 days a week On-site Dental clinic, Pathology and Pharmacy.

They aren’t looking for any specific special interests but skills / interest within women’s health, paediatrics or minor surgery would be beneficial – the patient base has a lot of young families.

• 65% billings – 70% on weekends and public holidays
• Minimum hourly guarantee for settling in period

Situated 25 minutes' drive from Melbourne CBD, on a busy street intersection, private school, primary schools and Childcare centres nearby and public transports availability opposite the clinic.
