Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
  • Courier partners shipping charges reconciliation on monthly basis.
  • Vendor payments by scheduling and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit;

generally responding toall vendor enquiries relating finance.

  • Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports and reconciliation.
  • Continuing to improve the payment process.
  • Accounts Receivable

  • Sales orders reconciliation and act on non-integrated orders in ERP and to be cleared the same on daily basis.
  • Invoice booking for B2B orders in ERP.
  • COD, Prepaid & B2B order receivables Reconciliation.
  • Consignment Inventory outward booking for B2B orders.
  • Inventory Reconciliation
  • Month end Closure Activities

  • Booking of Provisions
  • Passing Depreciation Entry
  • Preparing Various MIS (Receivable Ageing, Payable ageing etc)
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements : P&L account, Balance sheet, Cashflow Statements
  • The role will also comprise of end-to-end support to the business on the SOR model w.R.T. accounts payable, inventory management, weekly MIS preparation etc.

    Qualifications for Account Executive

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CPA / CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
