The Role

We're looking for a hustler — someone who doesn't wait for leads to come to them, but goes out and creates opportunities. As an Outbound SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to TinyCheque through strategic, multi-channel outreach.

This isn't about sending 1000 copy-paste messages. This is about understanding who to reach, why they'd care, and how to start genuine conversations that turn into meetings.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Research

  • Identify and research ideal customer profiles across industries
  • Build targeted lists of prospects who genuinely fit our solution
  • Understand their pain points, business challenges, and priorities before reaching out

Multi-Channel Outreach

  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and email
  • Write compelling messages that get responses, not eye-rolls
  • Test, iterate, and optimize messaging based on what actually works
  • Engage in relevant communities and conversations (especially Reddit) authentically
  • Pipeline Generation

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Track and manage your outreach activities and response rates
  • Hit monthly targets for conversations started and meetings booked
  • Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on outbound sales best practices
  • Understand our product deeply so you can speak intelligently about it
  • Learn what resonates with different audience segments
  • What We're Looking For

    Must-Haves :

  • 1+ year of outbound sales or SDR experience (we need someone who's already done this, not learning from scratch)
  • Strong understanding of prospecting fundamentals — you know the difference between spray-and-pray vs targeted outreach
  • Excellent written English — your messages represent our company
  • Native understanding of LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Reddit, and email as outreach channels
  • Self-motivated and metrics-driven
  • Comfortable with rejection (it's part of the game)
  • Bonus Points :

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS or tech products
  • You've personally built outbound campaigns that generated meetings / revenue
  • Active on professional social media (you understand how these platforms work)
  • You've used Reddit for business purposes (not just scrolling memes)
  • Experience with CRM systems
