Hydrocell is a 27-year-old specialty water treatment chemical manufacturer based in Vapi, Gujarat. With a legacy of innovation and sustainable solutions for industries, Hydrocell is now entering its next growth phase under the leadership of Azim Dinani, a graduate of NIT Trichy (NITT) . We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial minds who want to gain hands-on business development experience in the B2B chemical sector.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Intern , you will work closely with our leadership team to identify new customers, generate leads, and support client engagement activities. This role is ideal for students who want to sharpen their sales, communication, and strategic thinking skills while learning how industrial B2B sales operate in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation through research, outreach, and digital channels.
- Assist in setting up and managing CRM systems, website inquiries, and automation for sales funnels .
- Engage with prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build connections.
- Prepare sales decks, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with the team.
- Work with the business head to explore new markets, industry verticals, and customer segments .
- Track industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities for Hydrocell's participation.
- Support the digitisation of business documents and customer records for efficient workflows.
Who Should Apply
Engineering or Science students (Chemical Engineering / Chemistry background preferred) in their 2nd or 3rd year.Students seeking their first internship with the ability to dedicate 4–5 hours / day (remote role).Strong interest in business development, sales strategy, and industrial growth .Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving (jugaad) skills .Comfort with tools like Excel, Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI tools is a plus.What We Offer
