Oracle Application Consultant

Must have skills : Oracle Retail Advanced Inventory Planning (AIP)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead and support Oracle Retail IPOCS – Demand Forecasting implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Design AI-driven retail planning solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
• Bridge technical AI concepts with business objectives to ensure value-driven outcomes.
• Apply hands-on expertise in LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and multi-agent systems.
• Utilize strong understanding of AI / ML, NLP, and forecasting methodologies within Oracle Retail.
• Work across AIP, RMS, RPAS, and related Oracle Retail integrations.
• Perform data modeling, SQL-based troubleshooting, and BI / reporting.
• Deliver projects through end-to-end lifecycle — from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Collaborate in Agile / Waterfall environments with strong communication and analytical skills.
