We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to manage and grow channel sales in the telecom domain, focusing on PBX systems, IP phones, and analog phones. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecom sales, specifically working with channel partners and distributors to drive sales of telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Channel Sales Strategy : Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase market share for PBX systems, IP phones, and analog phones.
- Partner Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, distributors, and system integrators to maximize sales opportunities.
- Market Expansion : Identify and explore new sales channels and opportunities in the telecom industry.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management of channel relationships and sales initiatives.
- Product Knowledge : Become an expert in telecom products, including PBX systems, IP phones, and analog phones, and effectively communicate their value to partners.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing of deals with channel partners.
- Sales Reporting : Regularly report on channel sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to optimize sales strategies.
- Partner Training : Provide sales and product training to channel partners to enhance their knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Customer Support : Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful post-sales support.
Qualifications & Experience :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel sales, specifically in the telecom domain (PBX, IP phones, and analog phones).Education : Bachelor's degree from any disciplineTelecom Expertise : Strong understanding of PBX systems, IP phone technologies, and analog phone solutions.Skills Required
