About Us

At Mind Turf, we are dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and providing accessible support to individuals across India. We offer a wide range of services designed to improve emotional well-being and foster positive mental health. As we are an early age start-up, we are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to help amplify our online presence and connect with individuals in need of mental health support.

Job Title : Web / Application Developer Intern

Location : Remote (India)

Duration : 3 Months

Stipend : Unpaid

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and mobile platforms for mental health services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, mental health experts) to create user-friendly and efficient systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for web applications and platforms.
  • Participate in the debugging and troubleshooting of web applications.
  • Assist in optimizing web performance and ensure smooth user experience.
  • Contribute to the testing and quality assurance of applications.
  • Learn and implement best practices for data security, particularly in relation to sensitive mental health information.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to web development and mental health applications.

Qualifications :

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.).
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • A strong passion for mental health and an interest in how technology can improve mental wellness.
  • Knowledge of mobile application development (iOS / Android) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with mental health-related technologies or platforms.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Knowledge of UX / UI principles and design tools.
  • Experience with Agile development practices.
