Strong technical knowledge of casting manufacturing processes. Hands-on expertise in costing, vendor development, and quality systems. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably Infor). Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead with urgency, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to travel for supplier / vendor development.
We are Hiring | Purchase - Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager (Casting Components)

Are you an experienced procurement leader with strong expertise in casting components sourcing and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform sourcing and procurement of casting components (PAC, GAC, Cast Iron).
- Manage supplier identification, evaluation, and development for Grey Iron Casting, Pressure Die Casting (PDC), and Gravity Die Casting (GDC).
- Drive cost optimization, commercial negotiations, and VA / VE initiatives.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules through Infor ERP (or similar MRP systems).
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, Production, and Finance teams to resolve supplier quality / delivery issues.
- Build and maintain supplier databases, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, audits, and documentation.
- Support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives.
