Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Expertise :
• Sound technical knowledge of pharmaceutical machinery, especially compression machines, capsule filling machines, and other related equipment.
• Customer Requirement Analysis :
• Understand customer / user requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders by preparing detailed technical scopes and quotations.
• Site Visits & Inspection :
• Visit customer sites for inspection, retrofitting, and upgradation of existing machinery.
• Issue Resolution :
• Provide effective and timely solutions to customer issues and requirements, ensuring high satisfaction and technical accuracy.
