𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮 & 𝗩𝗮𝗽𝗶

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲- 𝟳+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 (Residential)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Purchase right quality at the right cost.

2. Ensure timely delivery.

𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

• Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis and present to the management.
• Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.
• Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.
• Transfer excess dead stock to other sites.
• Create Relationships with vendor by finding out their performance from market and undertake joint
• Improvement projects with them.
• Effective coordination with all sites. Regular site visits.
• Creating strong networking within and outside the organization.
• Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :

1. Expert in construction material

2. Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

3. Experience in High rise buildings (preferred)

4. Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM& 39;s.

5. He should have Good negotiation skills / presentation skill for effective coordination with all sites.

6. Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

7. Research orientated Job

8. Continuous monitoring, review & taking timely corrective action to achieve the targets
