Join our Customer Success team as an Implementation Engineer Intern in a structured 6-month program designed to develop you into a full-time Implementation Engineer. You will play a key role in helping customers successfully deploy AI agents that transform their operations, working closely with Customer Success Managers to guide clients through their AI implementation journey and ensure smooth adoption and maximum value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Implementation : Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to onboard new clients and implement AI agent solutions
- Technical Configuration : Guide customers through technical setup processes including system integrations, platform configurations, and workflow optimization
- Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot implementation challenges and develop creative solutions to address complex customer technical requirements
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as a liaison between customer points of contact and internal product / technical teams to facilitate seamless integrations and deployments
- Support & Ticketing : Manage customer escalations and maintain administrative ticket service level agreements (SLAs) with support from the solutions team
- Customer Guidance : Analyze customer data, identify opportunities for optimization, propose solutions to business challenges, and recommend next steps to maximize value delivery
Required Qualifications
Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, OR 1 year of relevant experience in a similar roleTechnical aptitude with comfort working with APIs, system integrations, and emerging technologiesStrong problem-solving abilities with capacity to develop creative solutions to complex challengesExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiencesCustomer-focused mindset with genuine interest in customer successDetail-oriented approach with ability to identify and prevent potential issuesCollaborative working style with ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical team membersFamiliarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, or automation tools preferredExperience or interest in AI / ML technologies is a plusWhat We Offer
