Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across BFSI and Retail domains. The PM will be responsible for Agile / SAFe delivery, stakeholder management, and distributed team leadership, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in Agile / SAFe environments.
• Drive collaboration across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery & Skills :
• Proven experience managing Agile / SAFe projects.
• Strong track record in BFSI and / or Retail projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, SAFe Agilist, CSM) are a plus.
