Role Description

We are seeking a Catering Sales Executive / Assistant Manager Catering Sales for a full-time, on-site position at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The successful candidate will manage catering sales operations, foster client relationships to drive repeat business, and ensure the seamless execution of event plans. Responsibilities include prospecting potential leads, understanding client requirements, coordinating with the Food & Beverage team, and overseeing end-to-end event planning to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular interactions with clients and internal teams are expected to deliver high-quality service and successful events.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning to design and implement tailored solutions for clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with the ability to collaborate effectively with culinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • A proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling client inquiries with a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of Bengaluru’s local market and understanding of event trends is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Flexibility to work extra hours during high-volume events
